Difficult decisions

Well this is a kind of serious post today. My husband doing finding things are getting quite difficult to manage.  It seems everytime I turn around something is happening to us.  Both of us are on FMLA do health issues And we have a credit cards ripped off Inter accounts hacked.  So we're trying to decide what to do from here Do I give up making jewelry Working as a nurse has beacoming recently difficult.  
I normally don't talk about these things But I just don't know what to do anymore
I don't want to be angry and I don't want to be sad   But if anybody has any ideas I would gladly listen Hugs Gina
